Payment Options

Back In Balance Health Center believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs, but we also offer options for everyone.

Insurance

We are now "in network" with many insurance companies.  Please view our page of Insurance Carriers we participate with.  Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, you can either email info@drmarykaiser-cole.com with your subscriber/member I.D. number, along with your birthdate to research your benefits before your first visit, or call our office at (818) 957-1207.  It is much easier and less time consuming to know what insurance does/does not cover before your first appointment.  

No Insurance

For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, we offer "Non-Insurance Pricing" that you can also request before your first visit.  Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover our pricing is cost-effective and very affordable.  If you would like a copy of our "Non-Insurance Pricing" sheet, please call our office, or email:  info@drmarykaiser-cole.com.

Health on a Budget

At Back In Balance Health Center we're convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset--your health--will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us--we can help!  The last thing we want is for you to come to our wellness center in crisis. So please, we would like to encourage you to take your health very seriously.  As the old saying goes, if you don't have your health, you don't have anything.  Unfortuantly, too many people don't discover how true that statement is until it is too late.
